Bergamut Restaurant, Catalkoy

Postby Lady P » Thu Jul 11, 2013 9:08 pm

Just been to the new Bergamot restaurant on the Catalkoy road. Food superb; good, friendly service; relaxing surroundings and very welcoming owners. Main course for two under 60tl. Can't wait to go back. Fully recommend this dining experience to anyone.

It is Cypriot, but steaks

It is Cypriot, but steaks and fish are available, too. The main courses come either with pitta bread and rice or without, all main courses are served with very good individual salad, mayonnaise and potatoes. They are described as chips but more closely resemble sauteed.
We only popped in for one course so I cannot comment on the starters or afters.
However, as the owners already have one well-established business (not in the hospitality industry), one can safely assume that the restaurant will not be a here-today-gone-tomorrow affair.
