A suitcase to north Cyprus

Postby Mavikiz » Sat Sep 24, 2016 6:22 pm

Does anyone know of a person/company that will bring a suitcase or large bag from the UK to Cyprus?
I contacted a firm called Kelebek who were very unhelpful. Any other suggestions?
Thanks everyone.

Silly question, I know but have you tried getting quotes from DHL or Parcelforce. I realise any postage from the UK is expensive but thought i would mention it.

Have you tried ringing some of the removal companies in the UK. If they are bringing a container over here they often sell part space in container. Try Dolphin, Britannia, but whatever you do, I advise you do not go with Valentine Removals in Yorkshire!!

Thanks for the replies, I rang Emel shipping, very helpful, but they dont take small items. Dolphin never returned my call.
DHL was very expensive and have not tried Parcelforce.

I just thought there may be a "man with a van" who does UK - Cyprus trips.

The only one I know of is the one you have tried. I don't know if Olytrans are still operating as that's who we used to ship our goods to Cyprus in 2009.

Actually I had Euromed take 2 suitcases to the UK for me. Cost about £100 and took 2 weeks.
I called the Girne office and spoke to Ruhsan: 0 (392) 365 59 61
That was about a year ago...
