We have got very close on a number of occasions in the last 6 months, I have a gut feeling that it may well happen before the end of April.

I have seen it this high in the past and normally rises coming near to the holiday season. The last time it was because Turkey devalued the lira but did step in and change it when it reached almost 3tl, and the exchange shops were going to close as they even became worried.
