The Corner House Ozankoy Village.

On our recent holiday in NC we were told about the progress made from it's situation of last year when it was really no more than a basic bar in a walled garden laid mainly to grass.

We went there not expecting too much but were very pleasantly surprised.

The bar is now beautifully finished in what would pass as a quality conservatory looking out onto the garden restaurant.

The grass has made way for a stone patio beautifully finished, each table had lovely white linen tablecloths as well as nice cutlery and glasses, in the corner of the restaurant was a air condition machine that made the environment extremly comfortable.

We were greeted by a delightful young lady who explained the new menu created by a new extremely talented young chef.

While waiting for our starters we were given a some lovely nibbles of bread, butter, olives and olive oil to compliment our wine.

My wife had the fillet of lamb and I had the salmon and we finished sharing a panna cotta with mixed berries all of which was beautifully cooked and presented. We paid a return visit and the experience was every bit as good.

We are now back in England and counting the days when we can visit the Corner House next year.

Went there a couple of weeks ago and when ordering were told that the chef had left the night before. Nice place, good ambiance, superb and efficient waitress but meal was a disappointment and took quite a long time to come. Obviously the loss of the chef is going to hurt the owners. Shame!

Hi All, Just a quick update

Hi All,

Just a quick update as there seems to be some confusion who are chef is. Terry left nearly 10months and I am unsure where he is at the moment. Our current chef Mehmet was based in the Colony for a couple of years, and due to his passion to own his own pastry shop and cafe he was keen to work less hours, we were lucky to find him and he has settled in great. His food is lovely and we have a mix of grilled steaks, pork chops, seafood dishes and some yummy vegetarian options. We also have a nibbles menu in the bar and there's always something special going on for example Paella and Sangria mondays.

I hope that's cleared a few queries and if you'd like anymore information please do not heistate to call us on 0542 852 5258.

Thank you x
